Natasza Camiah, BA(Hons), MBA
Trainer and co-ordinator
Natasza has nine years of international management level experience in sales and marketing as well as in general business management roles typical of start up operations. She has worked for various international organisations based in Eastern and Western Europe in the consumer goods and service industry sectors.
Her business experience and language background enable her to design and deliver high quality business language and professional skills training. For several years, Natasza has been providing interactive workshops and one-to-one coaching to middle and upper level management from various disciplines and industry sectors in Germany.
Facilitating communication and professional training in a multi-cultural business environment has been a key element throughout Natasza's career in industry. This has included setting-up and managing a regional training department which developed and delivered various training programmes (selling, presentations, negotiations, working with the British and Scandinavians) to employees in the former Soviet Union countries.

Natasza has lived, studied and worked in England, France, Germany, Russia and Zimbabwe. She holds a BA(Hons) degree in French and Russian from Exeter University and has obtained a European MBA degree from Bristol Business School, and Institute Commercial de Nancy. Her MBA dissertation 'Assessing the potential for effective cross-cultural working between 'new' Russian managers and western expatriates', was published in the Journal of World Business in 2003.
